Love Source takes great care in packaging your organic dark chocolate to ensure it arrives in the best condition. We recommend Express Post delivery, and we strongly advise that someone be available to receive the package, as chocolate is sensitive to heat.
During very hot weather, there may be delays in shipping to protect product quality. While we do our best, Love Source cannot be responsible for chocolates that have melted due to delays in transit or if left out in the heat.
Our packaging is biodegradable and aluminum-free, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
